WARRANTY - IRONSKIN SOLUTIONS
Performance Warranty:
IRONSKIN is a proprietary anti-bacterial protective film developed with nano
technology. IRONSKIN provides 100% etch and stain protection from acidic or alkaline, water or oilbased products such as lime juice, wine, make-up etc which can be easily wiped off. It also provides
99% UV protection to the stone.
Product Warranty:
IRONSKIN products are warrantied for 5 years for interior applications from the
date of application. Our warranty specifically covers product against yellowing, blistering, bubbling,
or delaminating from the protected surface. We would not Warrant against intentional or
unintentional scratching or peeling.
Life Expectancy:
IRONSKIN has been designed to be removable-and-replaceable. Like any other
product IRONSKIN life expectancy is related to its usage and is expected to have normal wear and
tear and scratches over time. Decision to replace the IRONSKIN is an aesthetic one and is a personal
one. However, the performance of the product remains as per the product’s performance technical
parameter installed on the surface.
Care-and-Maintenance:
IRONSKIN cleaning can be done with soap and water and final clean with
microfibre towel. We do not recommend using any harsh chemical or abrasive surface cleaner or
scrub using steel wool or scrapping using sharp objects such as knife. We do not recommend to peel
the product from the stone using knife or any sharp objects. We would not warrant IRONSKIN peeled
away from the protected surface since it is considered intentional and is not covered under
warranty. Do not use a cutting board or do not cut or chop or slice on table tops. Any scratch or for
removal and replacement please contact Ausfloor Care.
Warranty Claims:
Warranty claims shall be made directly with Ausfloor Care and shall be supported
with evidence of purchase. Should there be a product or workmanship defect Asufloor Care shall
remove the defective film and replace it with new IRONSKIN at no charge. Any jobs requiring travel
beyond Melbourne metro area may incur travel and boarding charges. Ausfloor Care’s liability for
loss or damage due to IRONSKIN products is limited to the cost of the product sold.
